Where to find shipping origin information

The origin and shipping source for each product is clearly stated on the product page, before you add to cart. You will always know where your order is shipping from prior to purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose which warehouse my order ships from?
Warehouse assignment is determined by the product listing. If a product is available from multiple warehouses, separate listings will be shown. We do not offer manual warehouse selection at checkout.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Orders from our EU Warehouse delivered within the EU and US Warehouse orders delivered within the US are not subject to import duties. For CN and HK Warehouse orders, customs thresholds vary by destination country. Orders under £135 to the UK are not subject to import VAT at the border.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@bashfashion.co.uk. We offer a 30-day shipping guarantee — if your order does not arrive, we will reship or issue a full refund.
Do all warehouses offer tracking?
Yes. All orders from all four warehouses include shipment tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
